I have not read this book and, like you, have had mixed success with the author; based on your description on experience, I'm going to skip this one. Side note: I spend most of my working days in an ICU (not a nurse - a clinical chaplain) and I definitely don't dig this whole situation with the nurse using her position to injure someone and then walking away from it - yuck!!
