Not sure who Logan is but I love fresh cucumber on my salad. I prefer the seedless ones. Will definitely be giving Phantasma and Owning Manhattan a go!
I have no idea of Logan and cucumber salad....that said, I have an amazing recipe for a cucumber salad that I eat almost daily. Key ingredients, everything but the bagel, sesame oil, green onions and a few others! yumm
